Poor Cennet has had a rough season. Cennet spoilers reveal she has been treated like dirt by Arzu Soyer (Esra Ronabar), got fired, her abuela had a heart attack, and her “mother” rejected her in the cruelest way. But it looks like the latest is the harshest blow yet. Almost as devastating as the idea of losing Mukaddes Yılmaz (Güler Ökten).
Recently, Beste Tuna (Sude Nur Yazıcı) and another friend were on a mission to help Cennet find her childhood friend, Ali. They’d been so close, they’d promised they would always find each other again. But Cennet never got any contact, and she’s missed him. Unfortunately for her, she got bad news. They learned this Ali supposedly died. Cennet was crushed by the news, and she hates herself for ever doubting Ali would fail to contact her. But there’s something she doesn’t know.
Selim is actually Ali. It looks like Nilgün’s real son, the one she killed, was passed off as Ali. And Ali then became Selim. It’s a twisted story, and one that has huge consequences if it gets out. That’s why Cennet was very lucky on Tuesday.

To keep her secret, Nilgün is going dark. Way too dark. She hired a guy to follow Cennet around and make sure she “disappears”. We think it’s pretty obvious she means in a very permanent way. The guy had several shots at her. The thing is, she kept getting saved. First, by Selim himself. He’d learned of Cennet’s heartbreak and rushed off to check on her. Cennet spoilers reveal other chance circumstances have kept her safe so far. And Nilgün isn’t happy about it. She’s convinced Cennet will be the key to exposing everything, and she can’t allow that. Cennet spoilers: What’s next?
It looks like this game could go on a little bit longer. We’re convinced that Nilgün won’t accept many more failures. At some point, she will take matters into her own hands, and we think that’s where she’ll get exposed. Right now, Selim is practically attached at Cennet’s hip. He’s determined to win her over and keep Orhan Soyer (Yusuf Akgün) from stealing her away. Selim believes Orhan’s interest in Cennet is rooted in revenge, so he won’t just sit back and let her slip away. With him sticking so close, he’s bound to catch his mother in the act. And that’s when everything will fall apart.
