ITV ‘Coronation Street’ spoilers finds that Gemma Winters has been struggling with life as a mother for the past number of months now. Fans have been worried about Gemma as she has been burdened by the pressure of the responsibilities that she has with the quads, and matters haven’t been made any easier as she has constantly refused any help from anyone with Weatherfield.
Chesney Brown is unaware of the problems that she has, and despite Bernie telling him to keep an eye on her, she didn’t go into depth about the problems that she is suffering from. However, this week the situation gets worse, and Chesney will be forced to have a difficult conversation with the mother of his children.

Fans will see the extent of Gemma’s problems in Wednesday night’s episode as she makes a heartbreaking mistake. But, the mistake will lead to Gemma finally realising that she needs extra help with the babies.
Gemma will be on a day out with the quads, but devastation comes when she hastily rushes off the bus, and forgets to take the babies with her. She quickly realises her mistake but she is too late to stop the bus and sobs in the bus stop. Fortunately, Chesney sees her out of window of the kebab shop and asks her what’s wrong.

Chesney is stunned to hear that Gemma has left the quads on the bus, and quickly rushes to track them down. Luckily, he finds them unharmed. He then will admit to Gemma that he is concerned about her, before she reveals that she is struggling with life as a mother and needs help.
Chesney takes her to the Medical Centre for a check-up, and that turns out to be the turning point for her. Rita Tanner and Bernie both admit that they were worried about Gemma and stated that they are always there to help. Spoiler pictures for next week show that Gemma will take them up on their offer, but fans will have to continue watching to see whether the mother of the quads is finally on her way to a full recovery.
