CBS ‘The Young And The Restless’ (Y&R) spoilers show at the end of yesterday’s episode we saw Nick Newman (Joshua Morrow) burst into the Newman CEO office to confront Adam Newman (Mark Grossman). Today we got to see the entire conversation, and I have to say, I’m not sure whose side I’m on. They both made valid points and I have to give it to Adam for making his way into the CEO position.

I understand we don’t like Adam, but a lot of people don’t like Nick much either. They’re very whiney and bratty children. Like Nick tells him though, he has plenty of money that he doesn’t know what to do with, he has Chelsea Lawson (Melissa Claire Egan), and wonderful child, what more could he want? It’s a fair question I think, and we know Adam just feels like he’s getting what’s owed to him, but would you just want a happy family and money, or a high-stress job making huge financial decisions and risks?

Nick continues telling Adam that he won’t get away with this. Adam is quick to remind him that he already did. The point I do agree with Nick on his Victoria Newman (Amelia Heinle). Victoria worked so hard for so many years to get to where she is. Victor told her no so many times, but it just made her work harder until he said yes. Adam took the other route and looked for any other way and found blackmail.

Things got a little dicey with Chelsea there as she was forced to play mediation. I was waiting for Nick to start swinging, but we didn’t get to see a fight, yet. What do you think? Who made better points? Adam or Nick? Let us know in the comments below.
