TLC My 600-Lb Life spoilers finds that we saw many of the former cast members filing claims against Megalomedia. This is the production company that casts the show and provides them with hotel and medical check ups while they are on the show. David Bolton was the latest cast member to file a lawsuit against them. He has heard back from the company and it doesn’t look good for him. We have the full story on what happened.

TLC My 600-Lb Life Spoilers: Megalomedia Rejects His Claims

Bolton found out this past week that Megalomedia is rejecting the claims that he has made about the company. He and his brother, Benji Bolton, we both on the show. David was a fan favorite and he lost quite a bit of weight on his journey. He did feel very upset over the production of the show though. He told lawyers that his mental health wasn’t taken into regard and that Megalomedia just wanted ratings. He said that they didn’t pay his medical bills as promised and he was in huge debt because of the show. David also felt that the drama on the show was all staged and he said that cameras caught him eating all the time and that it was all edited to seem that way.

TLC My 600-Lb Life Spoilers: Rejection of David’s Case

David’s attorney knew that he had a solid case and he had no doubts that they would win. He had finally heard from the company and they have “dismissed David Bolton’s claims of negligence.” They also said that if he had any type of injuries, they “we caused by his own negligent conduct.” They also made mention of the paying of medical bills. They said that these were not written in the contracts and if it were a verbal agreement, it doesn’t count at this point. They pointed out that he broke his NDA and that he could not hold them accountable for anything if it wasn’t in his contract.

David said that he will still push for the company to pay his medical bills and he will work harder so that the others on the show get justice as well. We will keep you posted with what happens with the cast of My 600-Lb Life. With all of the other lawsuits that have been filed, there is bound to be one of the former cast members that will get the justice that they all deserve. We are pulling for David to get his case settled too.
