Fans know that Sasha Larin is a health nut. He hit the gym the moment he got his work permit, and has now started working as a trainer. However the gym has shut down temporarily due to the Coronavirus Outbreak. This means he has not been working out. But he said that he is taking this quarantine time to “heal all my micro traumas.”
Despite the break, Sasha has been sharing diet and fitness tips with his fans. He gave them tips on how to maintain a diet. According to the 90 Day Fiancé cast member, in should include their favorite meals in their routine. Sasha also said that the meal should be eaten once a week. He said this will start to keep the person mentally and physically satisfied. He said his own favorite meal is pasta. Sasha shared this tip after he and his wife has a dinner date at an Italian restaurant.

The curious fan wrote “what’s your favorite cheat meal?” and Sasha replied that it is “always different.” He told the fan that it can “it can be a burger or pizza.”
However, Sasha also likes to eat some sugary foods as well. He said that “sometimes something sweet.” and he takes a cake or doughnut whenever he wants to eat something sweet.

Sasha Larin recently explained to fans the amount of time the thinks one should hit the gym in a week. Sasha said that “it depends on your goals and lifestyle.” The TLC star recommends 2-3 times for muscle toning. But he said that for someone who is “trying to improve your physique then 4-5.” He also advises them to take time to allow their muscles recover.
He also gave his fans done health tips. When a fan asked him “trying to be healthier but having a hard time. Any advice?” Sasha said, “to stay healthy in the hard times is always right decision.” He said told the fan to be “active and eat properly.”Â
