ABC ‘General Hospital’ (GH) spoilers indicate that Laura Spencer (Genie Francis) has declared war on perhaps the most dangerous person in Port Charles right now. But just like any good game of chess, Laura is about to make a move that might only paralyze Cyrus, but turn the tables on him as well. Read on for all of the latest spoilers.
Speaking to Soap Opera Digest in a new interview, ‘General Hospital’ co-head writer Dan O’Connor puts it this way, “The body count is rising in the latest mob war and it has hit home for Laura. This is easily the biggest crisis her administration has ever faced and she is ready to play hardball with Cyrus to end this. But perhaps she will have to look in the mirror and assess her own acquaintances and realize she must be play tough with them, as well.”
ABC ‘General Hospital’ Spoilers: Laura Declares War On Cyrus
‘General Hospital’ spoilers say that Laura will rush to the hospital when she finds out that another mob-related shooting has taken place. She then makes a beeline for Pentonville. She wants to go see Cyrus in his prison cell because she wants to look her enemy in the face. She wants to let him know that he is the plague that is threatening the safety of her city.
O’Connor adds, “Laura understands that Cyrus is in prison but is still calling the shots of an entire cartel and realizes that she, as mayor, someone who works closely with the warden at Pentonville, has a move that she can make that nobody else can, and that is to strongly recommend that Cyrus be transferred to solitary. If he is in solitary, he is unable to relay orders to his organization.”
