TLC My Feet Are Killing Me spoilers finds that we will see a drummer come into see the doctors with a horrible foot condition. Xan Callihan is ready to try his hand at being a full time drummer, but his foot is not allowing him to do so. He has always had pain in his foot, but now he can barely move it when he plays the drums. It is causing him a lot of pain and it’s not helpful when drumming.

TLC My Feet Are Killing Me Spoilers: Xan’s Past Injuries

One of the reasons that his foot could be this way is because of the accident he had when he was a teenager. He fractured his foot and his foot had to be put in plaster. This was a terrible idea because while his foot was in plaster, it kept growing. The bones in his foot were never able to heal or shape up in the way that his other foot did. When he was a teenager, he just dealt with it, but has decided to visit Dr. Ebonie Vincent to get help and to make sure that his foot doesn’t get any worse.

Dr. Vincent told him that he has Mallet Toe is his big toe. This is a condition where the bone grows downward. She explained that his first two toes are also hammertoes and his was caused by the Mallet Toe issue. She told him that the way his toes grew are what is causing all of the pain in his foot. She said that she needed to do surgery on his foot to shape the bones again. This sounds incredibly painful, but we know that Dr. Vincent can do it!

One of Xan’s major concerns was being able to play the drums still. He was very concerned that this could ruin his drumming career. Dr. Vincent told him that she would have to insert a screw in between the joints and that would cause the bones to grow back properly. It would take about a year to fully heal and she told him that she was sure he would still be able to play the drums, but there were risks. Dr. Vincent completed the surgery and she was happy with how well it went. She told him that in six weeks, he would be all healed and she would check back in with him regularly. After another meeting weeks later, Xan’s toes look great and he is very happy about drumming again! You can catch My Feet Are Killing Me on TLC on Thursdays at 10 p.m. EST.
