TLC ’90 Day Fiancé’ Spoilers: Wed Without Rings? Say Yes To The Tat

TLC ’90 Day Fiancé’ spoilers find that we are pretty sure that’s what most of us were thinking when Syngin Colchester and Tania Maduro of ’90 Day Fiancé’ tied the knot. Or at least that’s what I was thinking. The ceremony was… nice enough, I guess you could say. They had a beach wedding which is very Syngin and Tania. I would expect nothing less from them. Also, Tania wore a black wedding dress, which, you know what? I’m not even going to judge that. My own Grandmother got married in a black dress and said that once you wear black, you never go back to the altar. And she didn’t. So maybe there’s some truth to that.

Their wedding vows, however… I just… what??? I’m not sure if Syngin had had a little somethin’ somethin’ at the mini-bar to give him courage for this ceremony (again, he’s over 21 we’re not going to judge him for that) but his command of the English Language is normally a lot better than that, and it also sounded like he was slurring when he said “Since I first met you, I always knew you’d be more than a one-night stand.” which is… sweet, in a way, considering he’s a bartender and they did meet at a bar, but one would think it would be hardly appropriate for one’s wedding vows. However, Tania and Syngin never said that they were a traditional couple anyway.

Tania was emotional, which was certainly a change of pace from the strong woman exterior she puts off. She always tends to be more bothered about things than emotional, but the happy tears were kind of a relief to see. However as far as wedding appropriate her vows were not that much better. She promised to call him all the time when she was drunk, which, I guess is a relief for Syngin but to the rest of us that was kind of facepalm-worthy. She ended on a sweet note by saying that she promised to be more emotionally open and let him in more often, which, was a teensy bit more wedding appropriate.

Then came time for the rings… No, wait… He said tattoos. That’s about the time in a sitcom when you would insert the record scratch sound, what?!  Apparently Tania and Syngin are so non-traditional and such a hardcore couple that they’re going to get the Sagittarius symbol tattooed on them instead of exchanging rings. I guess in a way this is cheaper, depending on what the artist charges and in case of infidelity they can’t remove it and a lot of people watched them get that tattoo across the world so it’s not like they can just cop out and say they’re not married because if they do some member of the viewing audience of 90-day Fiancé can just roll the footage from the smartphone, so to speak. But… A wedding tattoo?! Instead of a ring?! I’m still confused over it. Man, what will they think of next? Stay tuned!!!
