Telemundo La Doña spoilers reveal we’re getting to a situation a long time coming. Altagracia Sandoval (Aracely Arambula) has a complicated relationship with her family. We’d already seen some trouble between her and Isabela Sandoval (Paola Albo), but now we’re delving deeper into another family connection. Here’s what you need to know.

Telemundo La Doña Spoilers: Complicated past

Altagracia’s relationship with her sister, Regina Sandoval (Andrea Martí), has been one of ups and downs. Altagracia sacrificed herself to spare Regina being raped during the Los Monkeys attack. Regina, thanks to her sister’s actions, was able to run to safety. This might have saved her life as well, since Altagracia only lived because her attacker got a conscience and just pretended to kill her.

In season one, we saw them living in the same house and Altagracia had taken on a very motherly interest in Isabela. She did her best to look out for both her niece and her sister, but this led to some conflict between them. Regina eventually had enough of Altagracia poisoning Isabela against men. She didn’t want Isabel to be afraid to date, or look at them as nothing but stepping stones to a goal like Altagracia. Things came to a head when a new relationship developed.

Telemundo La Doña Spoilers: The breaking point

The big turning point in their bond was the Felipe Valenzuela (Carlos Torres) situation. He was a powerful politician Altagracia hooked up with for convenience, then dropped him when he became too much of a problem. Once Regina got involved with him, though, things went bad. Altagracia arranged for Rafael Cabral (Juan Ríos) to kill Felipe to keep him from exposing her crimes. Despite Altagracia’s denials, Regina didn’t quite believe her. La Doña spoilers indicate this played a part in the Monday, February 10th episode.

Telemundo La Doña Spoilers: The peacemaker

Regina never forgot that, nor did she forget learning Altagracia had Isabel’s father sent to prison years before, where he ended up dead. This season, the subject came up between them again. Regina’s gotten involved with Daniel Llamas (Diego Soldano), a former Monkey who became one of the good guys. When she learned he lied to help Altagracia with something, Regina called Altagracia out for these past tragedies and worried it could happen again if Altagracia keeps getting Daniel involved in her own style of justice. Daniel reminded them of their family bond and begged for peace. It seemed to work, as Altagracia eventually cried on Regina’s shoulder about Mónica Hernández’s (Danna Paola) death and the guilt she feels over it. Regina assured her this was not her fault, but we don’t think the peace will stay long.

Telemundo La Doña Spoilers: Can’t help herself

We really think this pair will have a massive rift. La Doña spoilers reveal Altagracia will not stop until her daughter’s killers pay, and we know she’s laser-focused in revenge situations. Her ways will eventually lead to a tragedy, and it’s sure to hit her family hard. We’ve already seen Isabel fall under the spell of Luis “Lucho” Navarrete (Bernardo Flores), a killer whose father Altagracia is sleeping with. His wife knows, too, so this is sure to blow up in all their faces and possible lead to Isabel’s death.

Secondly, a lie can’t survive forever. Eventually, Altagracia’s role in Felipe’s death will come to light. We’re sure of it. And when it does, we don’t see any way Regina will forgive her. The poor woman watched him shot dead on TV, while he was giving a speech. One that happened to include a proposal for Regina. You just can’t get beyond that once the truth is out.
