Chloe Mitchel has been played by Elizabeth Hendrickson since 2008. Her love-her-or- hate-her character has experienced a number of dramatic scenes and unexpected character plots. During her Y&R debut, Chloe fell into the arms of handsome bachelor, Cane Ashby. Cane and Chloe welcomed daughter, Delia Abbott, who suffered from Leukemia before tragically dying from a hit-and-run accident.

Following her demise with Cane, Chloe had a number of romances with different daytime drama characters before landing in bed with her best friend, Kevin Fisher. The pair have since had a tumultuous on-again-off-again romance. They welcomed child, Bella Fisher in late 2014/early 2015. The trio currently lives in the mansion with Esther.
When Elizabeth announced her pregnancy on social media, fans were curious whether it would result in Chloe and Kevin expecting their second child. The plot thickened as Chloe and Kevin began to set roots in Genoa. Kevin took a job at DGPD and Chloe accepted a job offer from her BFF, Chelsea. As the duo seemed to get more comfortable in their lives, it seemed to be a good time to introduce another baby into the mix – and that is exactly what the producers did!
