TLC ’90 Day Fiancé Spoilers: Before the 90 Days’, we met Corey Rathgeber and his then-fiancé Evelin Villegas. He is from Washington and he made quite the name for himself on the show. When Villegas and Rathgeber were tired of living in the states, they decided to go live in Ecuador. Things have changed a lot for these two since and now Rathgeber is back in the states and was arrested for driving under the influence.

The last few years for Rathgeber have not been the best. He and Evelin have been dealing with quite a lot. His father died and that hit him pretty hard. He has been accused of cheating on his fiancé with Larissa Dos Santos Lima and his relationship is on very shaky terms right now. When he was pulled over after leaving a brewery, it seems that things just got worse.

The police asked him to take a Breathalyzer, which he refused. He failed a sobriety check and that is why he was arrested right then and there. He was tested again when he got to the police station and blew a .133. The legal drinking limit in Washington is .08! This means that he had a least five drinks before he got into the car to drive. The police said that he seemed very confused and had bloodshot eyes.
His mother took Rathgeber home after spending a few hours at the police station. We have seen a few different dates for his next court date, but it looks like he will be back in the states in June to go to court. He has gone back to Ecuador to be with Evelin and the two have been very active on social media since his return. In some of their most recent posts, they have said that they are not worried about the court date or the arrest and they just want to continue to live their lives until he has to go back. Rathgeber and Villegas have been in quite a bit of rumor lately and we understand why they made the choice to move to Ecuador. In the grand scheme of things, it seems like fame was not what they wanted and now they are living a very quiet life and loving it. We will keep you updated on his court dates and what comes of it.
