Coronation Street Spoilers finds that the best start to 2020 for Tim Metcalfe (Joe Duttine), as he discovered that he was actually married to two women. The Corrie legend found out the surprise piece of news when he and his mates were talking about Las Vegas weddings. Tim was astounded to learn that the marriages actually count, which means he has committed bigamy.
He did have a plan in place to get away with his mishap, but that also encountered a problem. He planned to divorce his Vegas wife, before then remarrying Sally (Sally Dynevor). However, he was unable to keep the secret wife away from Sally and has found himself in the dog house.

Viewers were initially introduced to Tim’s secret wife late last year. He met up with Charlie (Sian Reeves) at a bar, where he talked to her honestly about the problems that he has encountered. She initially joked that he would need to pay her off before she agreed to the divorce.
However, things may not be what they seem, and Tim will be backed into a corner next week when Charlie meets him to tell him that she has lost both jobs and now needs financial help to get the divorce finalised. He quickly agrees and lends the money off Kevin and Steve. But, does she have a plan?

Tim writes the cheque without hesitating and tells her to go straight to the solicitors to get the process underway. Tim is already aware that there is a chance that he may get caught out by the police by trying to finalise the divorce, but that will only be one of the problems ahead.
Things aren’t all what they seem on the Street, and that will be highlighted when Tim returns to the Rovers to find that Charlie has started working in his local. It would seem that there will be no getting away from his secret wife, but could this have damaging effects on his attempt to rebuild the trust with Sally?
