So Much To Watch!
So much new content is coming 2020, it’s a wonder how we’ll have time to see it all. Perhaps one of the largest fan favorites is Barry. Barry follows Barry (Bill Hader) a low-level hitman who wants to escape the life. He moves to Los Angeles to pursue a career in acting. The series is hysterical and Hader plays the part perfectly. The new season starts soon and fans are swooning over it! If you haven’t watched it yet, the Holiday break may be the perfect time to catch up!
The show I’m most excited about is the new limited series, Perry Mason. Sure, it’s a “reboot” if you want to call it that, of the old classic television series starring Raymond Burr. This new series stars Matthew Rhys, of The Americans, and is set in a 1930s Los Angeles. I have a soft spot for period pieces anyways, but HBO has proven more than capable of providing the goods. Besides, after seeing Rhys’s performance in The Americans, I’ll have him in anything!
