It has been a rough year for Sean Tully (Anthony Cotton) on the cobbles. But, things have been looking up over recent months, and he is now living with Billy Mayhew (Daniel Brocklebank). Before that, Sean was made homeless after having no more friends to talk to.
He also left the Rovers Return during that run of unfortunate circumstances. He was living alone on the streets in a tent. Fortunately, he befriended another homeless person and was able to make a good team. Billy came to his rescue when he learnt of Sean’s troubles, and after much persuasion, he finally took his ex up on his offer.
Coronation Street Spoilers: Tough 2020 For Sean?
Billy, Hope and Sean have been living harmoniously for the past number of months now, but their situation is slowly changing. Sean will no longer feel at home as Billy moves in his new boyfriend, Paul Foreman (Peter Ash). Paul has been going through his own troubles over the past number of months with the history of Kel finally being brought to the attention of the police.
Paul’s mood swings may prove to be too much for Sean, and it has been reported that he moves out in the New Year. It has also been reported that this could wind up with him back at Eileen Grimshaw’s (Sue Cleaver) house at number 11.
Coronation Street Spoilers: Sean and Todd’s Relationship
Sean famously lived there previously during his time dating Eileen’s son Todd (Bruno Langley). And their history could be a prominent part of the soap over the next 12 months.
The pair went out for a number of months before Todd decided that the relationship was no longer working. Following that, he decided to make a move on Sean’s ex Billy. Sean was furious when he saw the pair together and demanded that Eileen make the decision between the two over who can continue to live in the house.
Ultimate, Eileen chose her son, which meant Sean became homeless. He has since forgiven her for making this decision as she revealed she was manipulated into choosing Todd because of Pat Phelan (Connor McIntyre). The two made up when Eileen returned to the street, but upon news of a shock return for Todd, the cracks could once again begin to show in their fragile relationship.
