Unpolished spoilers TLC’s new show, is promising to be a huge hit! We are excited to see Lexi Martone at the head of it all. If you watch a lot of reality television shows, you probably have seen Lexi already, but it you don’t, you’re probably curious who she is and where she came from. The artwork that Lexi does is amazing! She uses so many techniques in order to make her clients’ nails look fabulous! Her work is 3-D and over the top, but as she describes Long Island women, they want it all and they want it to be over the top! There is one scene in the trailer where Lexi’s mother asks a client, “How will you wipe?”
Unpolished Spoilers: Spotlight on Lexi Martone
Lexi and her sister Bria opened the Salon Martone together. Bria does some outstanding hair color and art herself. The two will be the main focus of the show, but we will also see Jennifer, their mother, and their grandmother that they call Foxy. These two show their daily lives in the salon and outside of work. We will see this family and get a chance to see their drama too.
Lexi Martone is 26 years old and she has quite a few accomplishments in her life. The salon opened in 2016 and Lexi has a lot of celebrity clients. She has clients such as Sophia Bush, Blake Lively, Jennifer Lopez, and Katie Holmes! Lexi is also known for her baking skills. She appeared on the show Bakers vs. Fakers and created some three dimensional cupcakes.
Once the public saw her cupcakes, they were astounded! After the show was over, she was offered a series on Cake Boss Buddy Valastro’s You Tube Channel. It is called “Cakehouse” and she is the Cupcake Witch on the show. Wow! Is there anything Lexi can’t do?
She has actually taken on another business venture. She is beginning to paint sneakers. She said, “I love crazy original shows and have started following a bunch of custom sneaker painting Instagrams, which inspired me to start doing some of my own. So keep an eye out for some sneaker creations coming your way! I mean we wanted the salon to be a ‘one stop shop’, so I guess I’m just seeing how far I can actually take that.” We can’t wait to see these sneakers, but you can catch Lexi on TLC on Sunday at 10 p.m. EST on Unpolished.
