90-day Fiancé Spoilers finds that, last night, Juliana got a rather rude awakening from Michael’s ex wife. In the brief time that we saw Juliana last night she was bonding nicely with Michael’s two children. Especially his daughter who came in the bathroom and asked what she was doing while she was fixing her hair and Juliana’s cute little answer was “bunnies” pointing to the twin buns in her hair. The little girl grinned and then she proceeded to show her how to do the same with her hair which I thought was the purest thing ever.

Then, the ex-wife, Sarah, came in the picture and at first it seemed like all was good. Sarah said that she was not intimidated by this ‘tall, gorgeous, sexy, well-traveled’ woman but her actions said a bit differently. I don’t know about you but she seemed a little bit sour when she said that. Like she wasn’t expecting Juliana to look just as good as her social media pictures in real life and how dare Michael find someone that good looking that gets along with our kids. “Surely,” she thought, “Someone that young could not get along with both of my children.” but surprise surprise, Sarah.

Sarah then asked in a halfway accusatory tone about just what Julianna thought about her role in the big extended ‘family’. Which mystified Juliana at first because she wasn’t sure what she was asking, she thought ahe meant goals, which it looked like Juliana was all set to discuss. Then Sarah shut her down by specifying the word role, Michael had to explain it a bit better, then Juliana got it. Sarah then had the nerve to come out and tell her that step parents do not parent and that her kids already have 2 wonderful parents and that basically, her services were not needed in that department.

I did not get the sense that Juliana was even going to attempt to parent Michael and Sarah’s kids but I get it. Sarah took one look at Juliana and had to declare herself Alpha female by stating that no one, but no one, gets to parent the kids but her or Michael. I am not sure that Michael is entirely on board with that idea, I got the feeling that he was more of an ‘all hands on deck any help we can get is good help’ kind if Dad because he mentioned using Juliana as a resource but Sarah is not on board with that at all. Sarah does not want any sort of surrogate Mom type relationship between Juliana and her kids. She struck me as a little hostile about it.

And the hostility was not lost on Juliana either. Poor thing! She was really blindsided by Sarah’s question. In the beginning she was ready to make a go of this, even though she did say that in Brazil that exes generally don’t speak to one another and try to make second wives lives’ hell. Looks like it really isn’t all that different here in the U.S., Juliana. I don’t know if Juliana is going to continue to take this kind of thing lying down, but the thing that made me feel totally bad for her is that this made her feel totally unwelcome. I get that obviously on some level Sarah felt threatened but the girl is already far from home and the only person she knows is Michael, did she have to make her feel like a heel by telling her that, basically her services are not needed?

In my experience, usually when you gonout and tell someone you don’t need them is when you wind up needing them the most. I hope that eventually Sarah and Juliana can get past their differences because from the sit-down, on-camera interview with all three of them later I can just tell that these are going to be some very uncomfortable holidays! I wonder if they’ll broadcast that? Stay tuned!!!
