‘Young and the Restless’ Spoilers: “The proof is in the pudding – oh wait, there’s the pudding!”
‘Young and the Restless’ (Y&R) Spoilers for the week of Monday, Oct 21 to Friday, October 25 indicate that the situation involving Katherine Chancellor’s (Jeanne Cooper) will is going to explode this week! Cane Ashby (Daniel Goddard) will return from Vegas, pages in his hand ready to have everything authenticated but Amanda Sinclair (Mishael Morgan) is of the belief that it’s useless because she doesn’t believe for one second that Devon Hamilton (Bryton James) will willingly give up his fortune.
However, Cane won’t listen and probably at the urging of Jill Abbott (Jess Walton) will move forward with his own plan anyway. She seems to be awfully keen to find out what Katherine’s true final wishes were. Eventually, he finds out that Katherine’s initials were forged, making the copy of the will that Devon has essentially fake.

That’s going to be quite the bombshell for Devon to have to deal with and it really begs the question as to who would forge Katherine’s signature, maybe Colin Atkinson? (Tristan Rogers) But even if it is him he won’t be there to catch all that is a out to hit the fan in Genoa City. In the meantime Cane will drop by Devon’s to inform him that legally, there’s nothing he can do and that if he wants to honor Katherine’s wishes its ultimately up to him.
Meanwhile Jill is over here insisting that this is truly what Katherine would have wanted – but why? Money, dear boy! Or at least that’s what it looks like. Elena Dawson (Brytni Sarpy) will tell Devon to make a phone call to Lily Ashby (Christel Khalil), maybe she can make sense of this! After all, Lily knows Cane’s track record, he’s lied to her before so she would know if he’s trying to pull one over on someone, right?

However, looks like Lily’s going to be the one to back Cane’s story up! But ultimately the decision lies with Devon. He will definitely wrestle with the decision about what to do. Ultimately, he wants to honor Katherine’s memory but this money was being used for good as it is! He had no intention of giving it to someone like Cane Ashby so that he could profit off of Katherine’s memory.
Even though Cane is in the dark about who’s behind all this it looks like he’ll want the money, but then again can you really blame the guy? Even so, Cane won’t be all that demanding over it, in fact he’ll be quite subtle, unlike Jill, who’s going to be quite outspoken about all this. She is all about giving Cane the money he’s allegedly entitled to.

Lily will get to meet Amanda Sinclair and will immediately drop a glass – along with her teeth! She makes note of just how much Amanda resembles Devon’s late wife, Hilary Hamilton (Mishael Morgan), and will start firing off questions for her. But, will she get the answers she wants or will Amanda just field them off? Don’t know yet! Stay tuned!!!
