‘Bold and the Beautuiful’ Spoilers: Dr. Bad News
‘Bold and the Beautuiful’ (B&B) Spoilers update for the week of October 7th – 11th 2019 indicate that things look quite grim for Katie Logan (Heather Tom) this week as she battles kidney failure. Katie knows that the sooner she gets a kidney donor the better but it looks like that sooner is really coming down to the wire.
Both Bill Spencer (Don Diamont) and Katie will be distraught because they know that Katie is not really an ideal candidate for a transplant because she is already a heart transplant recipient so this is already an adverse situation. Dr. Davis (Tish Campbell) will break the news that Katie can’t be on dialysis long term because her kidneys are far too damaged from the years of anti-rejection drugs she’s been taking. Dr. Davis also might make projections as to how long Katie can expect to live if they can’t find a donor in time, so none of the news that she gives them will be good.
‘Bold and the Beautuiful’ Spoilers: From your lips to God’s ears, Bill
Poor Katie Logan will be in tears because Dr. Davis has already reached out to her entire family and none of them are the right match, and she doesn’t want to leave her hubby or child, Bill and Will Spencer (Finnegan George), you can get your tissues ready for this one because there’ll be sad scenes aplenty to go around. Bill is taking it especially hard but is trying not to show it, he’s said to say “Will’s not going to lose his mother, and I’m not going to lose Katie.” and the Logan family concurs that there has to be someone who can save her but if they’re out there then they need to hurry up and come forward because time is of the essence.
‘Bold and the Beautuiful’ Spoilers: It pays to have an extra niece lying around
Looks like they’ll be able to breathe a sigh of relief by week’s end because an anonymous, living donor will come forward and Katie will think of them as her guardian angel. What Katie doesn’t realize however is that her Guardian Angel is none other than her neice, Flo Fulton (Katrina Bowden), the same Flo that she unceremoniously kicked out of the family a few weeks ago before her kidney failure even started.
Flo wants to remain anonymous because she doesn’t want the Logans to think that she’s just doing this to get back into their good graces but Katie is overjoyed that she’s getting a third chance at life as it were and will insist upon knowing the donor’s identity. No word yet on what Katie’s reaction is going to be to the fact that it’s Flo that’s come forward but that should be interesting. Stay tuned!
