‘Days of Our Lives’ (DOOL) spoilers indicate Sarah Horton (Linsey Godfrey) has a change of heart, Kristen DiMera (Stacy Haiduk) can’t wait to share her news, and Lucas and Will Horton (Bryan Dattilo and Chandler Massey) have some explaining to do. Gabi DiMera (Camila Banus) also puts Vivian Alamain (Robin Strasser) in her place. If you missed it, let’s get to your ‘Days of Our Lives’ recap.
‘Days of Our Lives’ spoilers: Change of plan
Now that Kristen is pregnant, there’s no way to implant Sarah’s fetus into Kristen. This leaves Xander with a huge concern: how is he going to explain what happened? This doesn’t seem to be any of Kristen’s concern, so Xander is sort of left to figure it out on his own.
When Sarah wakes from the anesthesia, she is confused and a bit agitated. She wants to know why Xander is standing there with no sign of her doctor, nor the pain she should feel after the procedure. Xander thinks fast and claims the man had an emergency and he was forced to leave without doing the procedure.
Sarah is shocked to learn she’s still pregnant, but ultimately okay with that. She’d had a dream while under. In it, she was cradling a baby. The vision moved her so that she’s had a change of heart. She’s keeping this baby, no matter what the potential ramifications to Eric Brady (Greg Vaughan). The fact a chance emergency stopped it from happening seems like a sign to her.

‘Days of Our Lives’ spoilers: Elderly? Me?
Back at the Salem Inn, Kristen is flying high, but confused. Dr. Rolf reminds her of the fertility treatments she received in Nashville and how nothing is impossible when he’s involved. Okay, dude’s a bit nutty, but you can’t deny his results. Can we please get a real-life version? However, he does have some concerns.
He brings up her age, which offends Kristen. She can’t even with him calling her elderly. Despite his good intentions (and warnings about what to/not to do), she tosses him out on his you-know-what. She wants to be alone to revel in her good fortune.
After insisting to her child she is young enough to carry the baby with no trouble, she calls Brady Black (Eric Martsolf). She leaves him a message that he needs to get back to her right away, and he’s going to want to hear this. We’re not so sure…
‘Days of Our Lives’ spoilers: About that…
Speaking of Rolf, his handy work has left Kate DiMera’s son in an awkward situation. Not to mention confusing the heck out of Kayla Brady (Mary Beth Evans).
Kate wants to know why she is in the middle of the hospital on a stretcher, and Lucas and Will are crying. Oh, this is so going to go over well when they break the news. All they tell her for now is the tears were over Kayla telling them she won’t recover. Kate wants to know what exactly happened, because she doesn’t remember anything. Flashbacks of Rolf giving Kate his miracle serum are mixed with the present scenes as Kate is told she was shot.
While Lucas brings Kayla out into the hall to demand an explanation and figure out what they’re going to tell Doug and Julie Williams (Bill Hayes and Susan Seaforth Hayes), Kate and Will talk about what happened to her. His revelation that Vivian is alive eventually jogs her memory and she points the finger at her assailant.
‘Days of Our Lives’ spoilers: Gabi’s “witch?”
Vivian’s good day goes bad, and only gets worse. At first, she’s happy to learn that Kate is as good as dead, and her heart is about to be donated. This means she can’t be blamed. Things go bad, though, after Gabi overhears her plotting to get Stefan DiMera (Brandon Barash) divorced and paired with Eve Donovan (Kassie DePaiva).
Gabi makes it clear that she isn’t intending to go anywhere. Furthermore, she thinks it’s epically stupid to treat the person who can expose you like garbage. She ends up calling Vivian her bitch, which gets an awesome indignant reaction from the mother-in-law from Hell. She is eventually sent off and Stefan seems more than happy to side with the wife.
‘Days of Our Lives’ spoilers: Reunited
Finally, Jack Deveraux (Matthew Ashford) has remembered his past, but it’s coming at a pretty inconvenient time. The distraction this causes almost allows Dr. Henry Shah (Piter Marek) to get the jump on them. This leads to a big confrontation where Jack ultimately comes up victorious. He’s, however, traumatized by the idea he just killed someone.
He’s also feeling guilty about how he behaved. As they take a moment before heading to the hospital (where they’ll give their official statements), he expresses guilt about the way he treated Abigail DiMera (Kate Mansi) when she came to see him. Jennifer is comforting about it and assures him they’ll be thrilled to learn he is back.
