Where: Both Award shows are being held at the Pasadena Civic Auditorium. Who is Nominated: For the first time in five years, NATAS has decided not to publicly release the actor submission reels for their daytime Emmy award nominations due to the rule breaking fiasco of last year. However some stars have talked about what they submitted. You can however, find a list of the nominees here (https://www.abc.soapsindepth.com/posts/daytime-emmy-awards-2019-nominations- 169374 ), and the two major categories were announced on The Talk (CBS) on March 20th. It was announced that during the Creative Arts Ceremonies that Jacques Pepin of cooking show fame won a Lifetime Achievement Award, along with Judge Judith Sheindlin of the famed Judge Judy tv series.
