General Hospital Spoilers: Mission Deprogramming Begins, Kristina Turns Blind Love For Shiloh and DoD Into Burning Hatred Upon Mission Completion?
The news following Oscar’s latest seizure isn’t good. Kim Nero (Tamara Braun) and Drew Cain (Billy Miller) are told there is nothing more that can be done to help Oscar other than making him comfortable. They’re obviously devastated, but grateful when Monica Quartermaine (Leslie Charleson) says she has everything set up for Oscar to be at the Quatermaine house if that’s what he wants. Kim says they’ll talk to him.
Meanwhile, Josslyn Jacks (Eden McCoy) is a wreck. She manages to hold it together mostly when with Oscar, though. In fact, she’s reading The Wind in the Willows to him. It’s a favorite book of hers, and she can’t believe Oscar hasn’t read it. When Monica comes by to give Joss the same news given to Kim and Drew, she breaks down. She notes that at least the book they’re reading together isn’t long—they still have some time left together.
Seriously?
Molly arrives at the Dawn of Day house to speak to Kristina, only to learn she’s supposedly not there. Molly finds this hard to believe, as Kristina lives here and supposedly called off work. While she’s there, she calls out Shiloh (Coby Ryan McLaughlin) for being the guy who’s brainwashing her sister, as well as Sam McCall (Kelly Monaco) for taking classes there. Our personal favorite comes when she pulls Shiloh’s book out of her bag and calls it “derivative, partly plagiarized, and clearly written by a text book narcissist.” She’s been helpful enough to mark the appropriate passages, and we are loving this. She tosses the book to Shiloh before taking off.
Let the deprogramming begin
Kristina wakes to find herself in one of Sonny’s safe houses, being guarded by Jason Morgan (Steve Burton) and several other members of Sonny’s team. She tells both Jason and Sonny off, accusing them of holding her against her will and making Shiloh think she’s chosen to leave. She gets even angrier when Alexis Davis (Nancy Lee Grahn) and Neil Byrne (Joe Flanigan) arrive (separately), even asking if everyone’s been invited to this kidnapping.
Ha! And suddenly, we’re picturing a big to-do with music and the whole nine to celebrate this fun moment in their lives. Seriously, though, she’s not having this and informs Neil he’s party to a federal crime. Alexis contradicts her, and Kristina storms off to one of the back rooms. Once they’re alone, Alexis and Sonny start arguing about this plan of his. Neil says they can’t be doing this, and Alexis fires back that he doesn’t know their dynamic. They’re too much, and we want more of this.

Anyway, Neil breaks our hearts by saying they can’t snip at each other like this. If they don’t present a united front, Kristina will use all those handy manipulation skills from her DoD training to chip away at them and find a way to escape. If she does? It’s game over, as far as Dr. Neil is concerned.
Elsewhere, Michael Corinthos (Chad Duell) has stopped by Harrison Chase’s (Josh Swickard) to see what can be done to take down Shiloh. He’s surprised to see Willow Tait (Katelyn MacMullen) there, but stays at Chase’s invite. Now that he knows she is there as well (and the lack of any legal ways to get at him), Michael asks Willow to meet with Kristina and tell her the whole story.
She’s skeptical, because DoD doesn’t trust outsiders, but Michael is convinced her former involvement will get her attention. He swears to do everything in his power to keep her safe, and says his “alleged crime boss” father who owns Port Charles will do anything possible for her as well. And we love how casual they sometimes are about Sonny’s other activities.
Will this exit therapy work? Can Willow manage to get through, should she agree? We’ll have to wait and see…
