‘General Hospital’ spoilers relate that there’s a sudden blind date, some potential trouble ahead for Maxie Jones (Kirsten Storms) and a very surprising development near the border. In case you missed the General Hospital spoilers for Friday, let’s give you the highlights in your General Hospital recap.
‘General Hospital’ Spoilers: Ava and Ryan, Living (Un)happily Ever After – A Terrifying Chapter In Port Charles History Comes To A Close… Or Does It?
So, it seems that Nina Reeves (Michelle Stafford) is taking this mom thing seriously. She, like any good mom, has decided it’s time to meddle in her fake daughter’s life. What better way to do that than by setting her up? She does just that when the bunch all gathers at the pub and she sees Michael Corinthos (Chad Duell) there. She introduces the pair, but it doesn’t seem they’re exactly bothered by the inpromtu date. Sasha Gilmore (Sofia Mattsson) is very impressed to learn that Michael is a CEO at their age, and that he’s very green-minded. Are we seeing a potential pairing? We’re kind of hoping not, for Michael’s sake. If Maxie gets proof Sasha isn’t Nina’s daughter, that coming out would probably mess things up. And hasn’t the poor guy suffered enough after that disastrous speed date he wasn’t aware was a speed date?
Meanwhile, Maxie has a moral dilemma to deal with. She’s been thinking on what happened when she lost the baby she had been carrying for Dante and Lulu Falconeri (Dominic Zamprogna), only to actually get pregnant again without them knowing the first baby had been lost. Hmm. Where have we heard a similar story lately? Anyway, she wants Peter August’s (Wes Ramsey) advice on whether or not she should spill the beans on Sasha when and if she gets proof. He’s been hurt by lies in the past, but he also sees where sometimes not telling the truth can be kinder. Maxie decides to at least learn the truth for now, and manages to pluck a hair right out of Sasha’s head while Sasha is chatting it up with Michael. She claims to have seen a gray hair, and you know—you can’t have that. We’re a bit worried for Maxie’s possible safety when we see Valentin Cassadine (James Patrick Stuart) watching Maxie suspiciously.
GH Spoilers: The search goes on
The fake fortune teller/WSB agent meets with Sonny Corinthos (Maurice Bernard) and Robert Scorpio (Tristan Rogers) today. The bottom line? She wants Sonny to stay out of it. Sonny is obviously not very happy about that idea. He and Robert are now worried that Dante is a hostage of Raj.
Twisted ending
Today, we also saw Not-Kevin Collins (Jon Lindstrom) and Ava Jerome (Maura West) crossing a bridge to get to the Canadian border. Ava thinks they need to take a minute, because this whole thing is getting out of control. She begs Not-Kevin over and over again to do the right thing and call for help for Carly Corinthos (Laura Wright). She’s shocked at Not-Kevin’s “So?” when she points out that Carly can die out in the cold, as she wasn’t looking too good when Ava saw her. Not-Kevin’s attempt to get her to keep moving already is foiled when Jason Morgan (Steve Burton) shows up and puts a bullet in Ryan’s arm. Ava is freaked, and can’t believe Jason would do that to an obviously sick man. He and Laura Webber (Genie Francis) tell her to get away and that Not-Kevin is Ryan Chamberlain. She reacts the same way everyone else does. Seriously, though? Even though we’re kind of new to this whole thing still, we know this isn’t the first time people have turned out to be alive. If we were any soap character, we’d automatically assume anyone whose body wasn’t found is alive after the first couple of times. Jason demands to know where Carly is or he’s going to put a bullet right between Not-Kevin’s eyes. This is enough for Ava, and she gives up the details. Not-Kevin is clearly upset and finishes off the episode by saying he and Ava aren’t going to get their happy ending. He then takes a dive off a bridge and drags Ava along for the ride. Dang. Are they dead, or will there be no bodies found? I guess we’ll have to wait and see…
Also today… Sam McCall (Kelly Monaco) is more worried than ever after she finds out about the pricy DoD seminars Kristina Davis (Lexi Ainsworth) is going to, and how exclusive they are.
Alexis Davis (Nancy Lee Grhn) fantasizes about Julian Jerome (William deVry) coming to her and saying he and Alexis are the “end game.”
