‘Days of Our Lives’ Spoilers: Stefan Goes At It With Gabi, Terrain Uncertain With Chloe – Brady-Black Brother Headed For Big Trouble
With Marlena still in bad shape from the poisoned sweets, everyone’s working to find out how this happened exactly. Nurse Shelly (Alyssa Mann) comes in Marlena’s temporarily empty room to find Diana Cooper inside. She (stupidly) openly confronts Diana about the incident, and gets put right in her place. Diana reminds her that she gave Diana the key card, as well as the records access. Shelly is still planning to call the cops on Diana and says so (really? We’ve just done a #headdesk so hard, we might have a concussion).

When we next see Shelly, John Black (Drake Hogestyn), Kayla Brady (Mary Beth Evans) and Brady Black (Eric Martsolf) are discussing the issue and how Shelly apparently checked penicillin out that did not get to a patient. John wants to talk to her bad, and Kayla insists that letting the cops and administration handle it is the right call. Shelly approaches them and claims that Kristen DiMera (Stacy Haiduk) was the one who did the dirty deed. She claims Kristen threatened to kill her, so she had no choice but to hand over the card. John’s the only one of the pair not completely in shock over Kristen being alive and back after Marlena, because he’s learned to never assume anything with the DiMeras.
Meanwhile, Diana is still in Marlena’s room reminiscing about getting Nurse Shelly to place the blame on Kristen as she plots how to finally make the third time the charm. She’s decided sweets aren’t going to do it, as she eyes the IV line. Later, we see Marlena back in the room (still unconscious) and hooked up to an IV.
Just get a room
The tension between Gabi and Stefan is reaching new levels, as Gabi is meeting with Stefan to show off her new home line. Stefan isn’t impressed, and Gabi can’t even over the fact that Stefan’s eating and barely paying her any attention during their business meeting. She tries to convince him how lucrative home design is, but Stefan remains unmoved and isn’t willing to sign off on it. Plus? He thinks her pillow is ugly. We are sort of agreeing on that point. Gabi threatens to make another call, to which Stefan grabs her phone and asks if she’s going to go running to daddy every time she hears “no”. She counters she’s only going to do that when he’s being a “brat”. Ha! Gabi is just telling Stefan about how she might just smother Stefan with her “ugly pillow” when Leo Stark (Greg Rikaart) comes in. And we get the most awesome “the hell?” look from Tyler Christopher. Leo is there to offer a deal, but not before he makes some cracks about the sexual tension in here, and how Gabi is dangerous. Stefan seems amused by the rehash of the Valentine’s incident, until he hears the part about the pillow he’s holding was used to cover Leo’s special areas—Stefan can’t drop that pillow fast enough. Leo finally gets to the point and offers intel on Titan for a payment. Gabi is incredulous that Stefan would trust him at all, but Stefan doesn’t. He says he might be interested in doing business if Leo brings him anything worth the trouble. When Gabi leaves, she immediately contacts Brady, saying they need to talk.
Rex Brady (Kyle Lowder) is still sort of smarting from Brady’s comments about Eric Brady (Greg Vaughan) not being trustworthy. He talks to Chloe Lane (Nadia Bjorlin) about it, who thinks that Eric wouldn’t ever do something like that again after what happened before.
Meanwhile, Sarah Horton (Linsey Godfrey) and Eric are chatting in the hospital chapel, where Eric’s holding vigil for Marlena. They end up discussing faith and Eric’s reasons for leaving the church. She’s shocked to discover that he ended up being drugged and filmed by the previously mentioned Kristen, then having the video get out. Their talk ends with Sarah giving him a kiss, which Brady just happens to walk in on. He’s giving Eric hell for messing with another brother’s woman when Rex arrives. Oops.
