‘General Hospital’ spoilers relate that Brad Cooper (Parry Shen) (not to mention Valentin Cassadine, played by James Patrick Stuart) may have some explaining to do soon, Ava Jerome (Maura West) actually did something right, and the search for the killer continues in Port Charles. We also have some more Dawn of Day action. In case you missed General Hospital, we’ll get you caught up now with some highlights in your General Hospital recap.
‘General Hospital’ Spoilers: Recap – Lies, lies, Everywhere…
Brad nearly gets busted on the baby switch today when Lucas Jones (Ryan Carnes) arrives at GH to find Brad and Julian Jerome (William deVry) talking. Julian covers well, insisting that Lucas give Brad a break, before rushing off to see Ava. He tries to talk Ava into going home and leaving things to the cops. She informs him that he’d do the same as her if it was his kid.

He reminds her she needs to think of the kid she has left, and this leads to Ava giving him an earful about his situation with Kim Nero (Tamara Braun). He insists he’s just trying to stay out of the way of her and her son, but Ava calls it what it is: taking away a source of support when she needs it most.
Speaking of lies, Valentin is under pressure. Seems that Liesl Obrecht (Kathleen Gati) wants some money fast, and he needs to help with that before his secret comes out. He asks Peter August (Wes Ramsey), who is appalled and refuses to deal with a woman that caused him so much trouble.
Peter also shows he’s smarter than some of the other people in this town by almost immediately deducing that Liesl’s got dirt on him—dirt that must have something to do with Nina Reeves (Michelle Stafford). Maybe he should be working with the PCPD instead.
‘General Hospital’ Spoilers: Dawn of Day or Dawn of Trouble
Alexis Davis (Nancy Grahn) has agreed to give Dawn of Day a chance. She briefly questions Shiloh (Coby Ryan McLaughlin) about the set up and how he manages to pay the bills if he’s opening the house up on a “pay what you can” basis. He mentions the classes and says it’s time for one to start. Alexis takes part, but you can see she’s totally thinking this is a bunch of bull.

She gets a bit frustrated when she’s forced to ask Kristina Davis (Lexi Ainsworth) the same question about a hundred times while they work on their relationship. Eventually, they manage to make some headway, with Kirstina saying what she wants is for her mother to take her seriously. Kristina is so happy about the progress, she thinks her mother should use this as well to deal with another relationship: Julian.
Alexis plays along again and eventually admits she wants what she had then. She won’t go deeper, though, because she’s over this whole thing and doesn’t think it works for her. She’s glad it does for Kristina, though.
‘General Hospital’ Spoilers: Case Not Even Close To Closed
Jordan and Curtis Ashford (Vinessa Antoine and Donnell Turner) are still working the murder cases and discover that Franco Baldwin (Roger Howarth) is a link between all the victims. Seems that producer that was murdered made a note on his script to get in touch with Franco.
We’re wondering why they’re just seeing that now, but whatever. They bring Franco in for questioning and determine he did, in fact, get a call from the producer that he didn’t answer. Seems he doesn’t bother picking up calls from unknown numbers. They let him go, but put his picture on their board, deciding to verify his whereabouts during the crimes.

Also today… Maxie Jones (Kirsten Storms) has removed her wedding ring, there’s more friction between Nina and Liesl, and Elizabeth Webber (Rebecca Herbst) gets some advice from Lucas and Brad on how to deal with the Aiden Spencer (Jason David) situation. Also, Julian takes that talk to heart and confesses to Kim he lied about cheating on her.
