‘Days of Our Lives’ Recap Spoilers: Going Too Far
‘Days of Our Lives’ spoilers relate that Jordan Ridgeway (Chrishell Hartley) might currently be the most messed-up member of her family, and when you consider her brother is a former serial killer, and her father is the abusive monster who helped make Ben that way, that’s saying something. She has kidnapped Abigail Deveraux’s (Kate Mansi) and Chad DiMera’s (Billy Flynn) daughter, Charlotte, to protect her from Ben.
She’s also still holding Ciara Brady (Victoria Konefal) hostage for the same reason, and she’s looking slightly more unbalanced to us by the day. Over Ciara’s multiple objections, and her assurances Abigail and Chad would do anything to protect their daughter, Jordan thinks it’s best the baby stay with her. She points out that sometimes parents don’t protect their children, a reference to her (and Ben’s) horrible childhoods.
Ben isn’t looking all too great himself, but at least he’s not holding people hostage (yet). He is, however, irritated that the Salem PD continues to hound him over Ciara’s disappearance and makes it very clear to Lani Price (Sal Stowers) and Eli Grant (Lamon Archey) they’re wasting their time. They need to be looking for the real kidnapper. What’s looking a little worrisome is that Ben has been hallucinating Ciara coming to him for help. He promises he’s going to find her.
On a related note, Chad and Abigail are sure Stefan is the kidnapper, since he had the bad timing to show up with the spoon he bought for Charlotte right after Jordan took off with her. He was seriously just there to let go of the past and the reminder that she isn’t his. Abigail is really helpful for the PD, too, but saying there is no way Jordan would do that. If they’re worth their paychecks, the Salem PD will still look into her.

‘Days of Our Lives’ Spoilers: No love
Salem seems to be a pretty hard town, and there is no better proof than the reactions to his shooting. While Chad is very blasé about his brother’s well-being, he notes that Stefan must be somewhat useful if he saved someone. Ah, brothers. The reaction isn’t better elsewhere…
Victor Kiriakis (John Aniston) is having a late-night business session with Brady Black (Eric Martsolf) when they learn the news. Brady says Stefan’s been shot and Victor asks if he’s alive. We seriously burst out laughing when Brady said yes, because Victor cursed him out for teasing him. And we wonder why Stefan, Ben, and any other ‘rejects’ of the town don’t just pack up and go.
Stefan, to his credit, is as concerned for Chloe Lane’s (Nadia Bjorlin) safety as Brady is. While Victor won’t allow Brady to stash her (it’ll happen “over my dead body”) and the kids at Casa Kiriakis, Stefan is more than willing to put them up. Chloe thinks that he’s already done too much for her and, with one dead and the other running scared, she should be okay. Until an anonymous text comes in with more threats.
Also today: Sarah Horton (Linsey Godfrey) makes another effort to gain Eric Brady’s (Greg Vaughan) forgiveness. While doing so, Rex Brady (Kyle Lowder) walks in on them and asks what’s going on. Sarah explains she was apologizing again, and Eric surprises her and thrills Rex by saying it’s all good. We are just not seeing a clean, happy ending to this whole situation. After all, they both have admitted to Marlena Evans (Deidre Hall) they have feelings for each other.
