‘Days of Our Lives’ Spoilers relate that things just keep getting worse for Ciara Brady (Victoria Konefal) and the Ben Weston (Robert Scott Wilson) case, John Black (Drake Hogestyn) gets news he was afraid of, and Gabi Hernandez (Camila Banus) jumps into the situation with Sonny Kiriakis (Freddie Smith)/Leo Starke (Greg Rikaart)/Will Horton (Chandler Massey). In case you missed Days of Our Lives, we’re here with the highlights in your Days of Our Lives recap.
‘Days of Our Lives’ Spoilers: Congratulations, it’s a boy
John meets with Diana Cooper (Judith Chapman) in private to speak to her about Leo. She thinks he’s still trying to dig up dirt and can’t bring herself to sell out her baby boy, despite the fact he’s a totally perverted creep. John assures her there’s actually another subject he wants to know about: Leo’s father. You can see the slight trace of worry in her eyes at thinking John must’ve dug up Leo’s past sin, but it’s the opposite. He’s done the math, and he wants to know if he’s Leo’s father. Knowing he’ll figure it out anyway, she admits that he is and that she didn’t tell him because of the way they left things. And given the current circumstances, she thinks that would’ve have been a little awkward. We’ll be curious to see how John deals with this going forward, because no one (including Leo) knows and she’d rather keep it that way.

‘Days of Our Lives’ Spoilers: Not so fast
After giving some helpful info to a recently recently-arrived Rafe Hernandez (Galen Gering), Gabi heads over to the Kiriakis estate to chat with Sonny. She figures Leo has to have something good on Sonny to get a ring on it, but she won’t ask what. What she will do, when she finds out Sonny is about to agree to consummate the union to keep Leo quiet, is refuse to let that happen. She goes up to the bedroom where Leo is eagerly awaiting Sonny and startles the crap out of him. And that did our hearts a lot of good. When he wants to know what the hell is going on, she says she told Sonny to stay away a bit so they can get acquainted. Considering what she did to her former best friend, we can’t wait to see what she might do to someone like Leo.
‘Days of Our Lives’ Spoilers: Change of heart?
Things are starting to (temporarily) look better for Ben. Rafe, after learning about Jordan Ridgeway (Chrishell Hartley) helping a supposedly drunk Kate DiMera (Lauren Koslow), he leaves Hope Brady (Kristian Alfonso) a message that he’s checking a lead. He knocks over and over, and calls, but to no avail. Finally, after hearing a suspicious noise in her room, he breaks the door open to find Kate, who’d been left there by Jordan, on the ground.
While he’s doing all that, Eli Grant (Lamon Archey) is second-guessing Ben’s guilt. He thinks Ben sounded way too worried in the messages on Ciara’s phone to have done it. Hope agrees he sounds genuine, but thinks it’s possible he just doesn’t remember what he did due to the med situation. She also sees him talking to himself through the window of the room he’s being held in. Eli eventually goes in the room to take Ben to booking, but Ben’s the only one who walks out. He’s holding a gun and demanding Hope does nothing. It seems while they were discussing his guilt or innocence, Ben was imagining Ciara some more. At first, he thinks that’s a sign he’s crazy, but fake-Ciara says the fact he knows she’s not real says the opposite. After a lot of conversation, he puts the pieces together and realizes Jordan’s gotta be the one setting him up.

Speaking of Jordan, after injecting Kate with more drugs and leaving her at the hotel, Jordan returns to the cabin with a clear mission. Ben’s been arrested, so now there’s only one thing to do to keep the town safe from her evil brother: kill Ciara. Oops. This town really needs to do some deep mental and spiritual work to sharpen those instincts if they want to survive life in Salem, because they really have zero right now. The wrong people are being trusted all the time…
