‘General Hospital’ spoilers relate a crazy week week up ahead in Port Charles, and already we’ve seen the only witness to Not-Kevin Collins’ (Jon Lindstrom), Ryan Chamberlain, crimes in danger, new developments in Dawn of Day, and more questions for Anna Devane (Finola Hughes) and Robert Scorpio (Tristan Rogers). In case you missed the General Hospital action, let’s get you some highlights in today’s General Hospital recap.
‘General Hospital’ Spoilers: What police work?
On the surface, it looks like Jordan Ashford (Vinessa Antoine) is doing a great job. She’s closing in on a place that sells knives just like the one used to attack Lulu Falconeri (Emme Rylan), she’s double-checking her force due to the likelihood of the person being familiar enough with procedure to stay a step ahead, and she’s all gung-ho to interview Lulu about what she saw.

There’s just one problem. Apparently, she didn’t see fit to have her potential star witness under guard, just in case the killer got wind that she survived. She is, after all, the mayor’s daughter. Not only that, everyone in town is talking about her attack. This almost leads to a tragic ending.
Not-Kevin, having apparently cut out before a nurse could bring him in for testing, is in her room. He walks over to Lulu and says hello before slowly returning to the door to her hospital room and closing it. He then goes back deeper into the room to retrieve a pillow, which he promptly tries to smother her with. Lulu puts up a minor fight, but soon goes limp.
As the Soap Gods would have it, Laura Webber (Genie Francis) and Jordan return just in time to catch Not-Kevin in her room. Not-Kevin covers by saying he was trying to keep her airways open and offers his assistance as a counselor. Laura, somewhat tersely, basically says, ‘We’ll call you if she needs you,” and he heads back to his room.
Back inside Lulu’s, the interrogation begins, but it seems that Not-Kevin’s near-kill is making her memory a little fuzzy. She’s slowly putting some pieces together for Jordan, but she’s still having a hard time remembering if she saw someone, much less who.
‘General Hospital’ Spoilers: Slipping Up
Speaking of Not-Kevin and his near-miss, he’s got more problems on his hands. Now that Anna Devane and Robert Scorpio are aware of the connection to Arthur Cabot, they’re determined to get to the bottom of things. Hamilton Finn (Michael Easton) thinks that Robert is being a little paranoid, but Anna says it’s reasonable to think he’s hiding something if he lied about not knowing Cabot.
They interview him, but Not-Kevin denies knowing anything and gets visibly upset. He screams at them to leave him alone and points out to Finn that it’s his duty to make them go. He complies, much to Robert’s annoyance. Given he’d joked about not water-boarding Not-Kevin (yet) earlier, we’re pretty sure that he’s not caring about Not-Kevin’s potential mental or physical state. They both just want answers.
GH Spoilers: Dawn of Day or Dawn of Trouble?
After Sam McCall (Kelly Monaco) has some more teenage angsting (and giddiness) after her reunion with Jason Morgan (Steve Burton), she’s called to the Dawn of Day house by Kristina Davis (Lexi Ainsworth). It seems that Daisy (Kelsey Wang) has confessed to being the one behind the emails Sam got. She says she thought it would help Sam confront her own past and maybe be more open to them. Kristina is furious, while Sam is still doubtful. After the two younger girls leave the room, Shiloh (Coby Ryan McLaughlin) offers apologies and his number in case she needs anything. Sam promises not to hesitate to call, then heads back to Jason’s.
Meanwhile, Damian Spinelli (Bradford Anderson) was about to dig in to some good wi-fi and track who sent the emails when he learns of Lulu’s attack. He takes off to check on her just in time for Sam to come back and, oddly enough, tell Jason they need to break up. And we’re still suffering whiplash from that about-face. We’ll have to see what her reasoning is (and if she follows through) sometime this week.
