‘Days of Our Lives’ Spoilers are in and another crazy start to a new week is in the books. If you missed today’s episode, let’s get you caught up with our the Days of Our Lives recap for Monday, November 11.
‘Days of Our Lives’ Spoilers- Comic Relief and Confessions, Recap for November 11
‘Days of Our Lives’ spoilers indicate that we’re probably coming to a climax in the whole Abigail (Marci Miller) situation. Today, we picked up with Abigail going into labor, which led to some of the funniest scenes ever. Seriously, we can’t even begin to convey the absolute insanity of this whole thing, but let’s give it a shot.
Seems Chad (Billy Flynn) didn’t think this thing through enough, and panics like whoa when Abigail announces the baby is coming. The pair go back and forth between insulting each other and having some nice moments as he fumbles his way through trying to help with the delivery. Meanwhile Abigail nearly crushes his hand on several occasions. When he starts in on how the baby wasn’t due yet, we can’t help but quote that old commercial: “That’s not how this works. That’s not how any of this works.”
‘Days of Our Lives’ Spoilers – Chad Needs Labor Classes
Apparently, Chad should’ve spent more time in labor classes and less time scheming to kidnap Abigail to understand kids don’t just arrive on command. She tells him he should have thought about that before kidnapping a pregnant woman. He tries to call for help and Abigail flips over him not having phone reception and the idiocy involved in expecting cell service when he takes a pregnant woman to an island.
Hard to say who was more hilarious: Abigail for her smart ass quips, or Chad’s complete bumbling meltdown. Either way, it was comedy gold, and a lighter side to this whole plot for once.
‘Days of Our Lives’ Spoilers – Gabbi Gets Caught
In other Abigail drama news, Gabbi tries to talk her way out of things when Stefan (Tyler Christopher) catches her in his house. Stefan, however, is smarter than most of the rest of Salem combined and is not buying her excuses. Especially since she has a death grip on a bag filled with incriminating evidence. Which, bless him, he actually snatches from her hand and dumps it out.
She continues to try talking her way out of it, but Stefan is, again, smarter than the others she’s pulled this on. He keeps hammering away at her, and Gabbi eventually blurts out her confession and goes all super-villain speech about why. Stefan is furious that she risked harming his child and tells her he’s turning her in since she has no useful info to help find Abigail.
Also, Hope (Kristian Alfonso) and Rafe (Galen Gering) are not only on the kidnapping case, but also might be digging into Gabbi when Jennifer (Melissa Reeves) and JJ (Casey Moss) mention how Abigail’s been so adamant she’s being set up.
‘Days of Our Lives’ Spoilers – Falling apart…
Another plot this episode deals with Hope and Rafe being onto Tripp (Lucas Adams). They confront him about the can of accelerant and tell him flat out they believe he planted it. Claire (Olivia Rose Keegan), fully aware of who did it but wanting to protect her obsession, defends him. Hope and Rafe tell him not to leave town, as they have to go follow up on an Abigail lead that ultimately doesn’t pan out. Tripp is freaking out, knowing that if they show his picture to the store attendant, he’s toast. Claire has an idea and insists on helping him. She makes a phone call, and a character, Wyatt, later shows up at the Police Department to confess to planting the can. Hmm…
Also in this episode, Ben confesses his feelings to Ciara, and Ciara is offended when he ends up implying that she only committed to Tripp because of Ben’s arrest. I say, if you’re that offended, the other person is probably right.
